Samaira Foundation was founded in 2025 by Sushil Nayak with a vision to create a safe and nurturing environment for orphaned and disadvantaged children in India. What began as a small community initiative soon grew into structured programs in education, nutrition, and healthcare. Today, the foundation has already supported 1000+ children and 500+ families, spreading smiles and shaping brighter futures.

Sushil Nayak is the Founder and driving force behind Samaira Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting orphaned children, specially-abled (handicapped) children, and single mothers across India. With a strong commitment to social welfare, Sushil established Samaira Foundation with a vision to ensure that vulnerable communities receive consistent support in the form of nutrition, medical assistance, education, and livelihood opportunities. Under his leadership, the foundation has successfully run various programs including providing meals, school uniforms, medicines, and educational materials to underprivileged children. He has also created sustainable employment opportunities for single mothers, empowering them through handmade craft work such as diyas and festive products, helping them earn with dignity.
Known for his dedication, transparency, and on-ground involvement, Sushil has built Samaira Foundation into a trusted grassroots organisation that focuses on real impact and long-term change. His belief that “every child deserves a chance, and every mother deserves a support system” continues to guide the foundation’s mission. Sushil’s journey reflects passion, compassion, and relentless hard work making him not only a leader but an inspiration to every volunteer and supporter of Samaira Foundation.
