We do not operate as an e-commerce business and therefore do not deliver physical goods to donors. However, for transparency and clarity, please note the following:

1. Donor Acknowledgment

• All donors immediately receive a digital acknowledgment/receipt via email or SMS after a successful donation.

• This serves as confirmation that your contribution has been securely received and directed toward the intended cause.

2. Delivery of Impact (Not Products)

• Donations are utilized to provide education kits, food supplies, healthcare support, and shelter directly to the beneficiaries.

• These items are distributed by Samaira Foundation staff and volunteers on the ground and not shipped to the donor’s address.

3. Updates to Donors

• Donors may receive impact reports, photos, or videos of distribution drives, educational support, or healthcare camps to see how their contribution is making a difference.

• These updates are delivered digitally (email, WhatsApp, or SMS) and are considered part of our delivery of transparency.

4. Events & Campaigns

• For special campaigns or sponsored events, we may issue entry passes, e-certificates, or volunteer confirmations electronically.

• No physical documents are shipped unless otherwise specified.
