We value the trust our donors place in Samaira Foundation. Since donations are voluntary and directly deployed toward ongoing welfare programs, we follow the policy below:
All donations made through our website or official channels are considered final and non-refundable.
Once funds are received, they are immediately allocated toward education, food distribution, healthcare, and shelter programs for children in need.
If you have registered for a paid event, campaign, or workshop organized by Samaira Foundation and cannot attend, you may request cancellation at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued after deduction of administrative/processing fees.
In case of failed transactions due to network errors, payment gateway issues, or server downtime, please check with your bank.
If the amount has been debited, but confirmation is not received, contact us with transaction details. After verification, the donation will either be confirmed or refunded within 7–10 working days.
Samaira Foundation reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases where funds have already been utilized for beneficiary support.
